Grahshilp.com make every effort to ensure that goods arrive with you in good condition. The wood used in our furniture products often has a rustic look making each item slightly different in measurements, appearance, colour and finish due to the nature of handmade. We will not exchange items on a ‘like for like’ basis purely on the grounds of the character or colour of the wood.
Once you have completed a valid purchase, Grahshilp.com will thereafter transmit a confirmation email to your given email address informing you of the scheduled estimated date of delivery of your furniture.
Ready to ship/Available furniture will be shipped to you, normally within 7- 10 working days of your placing the Purchase Order on the website.
Purchased/Order will be taken as make to order basis will be shipped to you, normally within 21-24 working days after your confirmation of order, because of we start production after confirmation/purchase
All shipment delivery means Ground floor delivery. Most freight carriers will charge extra to carry your item into a specific room or upstairs, these charges will be additional than delivery charges even for items which exhibited as Free delivery.
Residences or businesses that have steep uphill or downhill slopes leading to the entryway may also be charged additional fees. By purchasing an oversize item, you authorize Grahshilp.com and/or the freight carrier to assess additional fees to you as necessary.
You agree to ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of the furniture to your desired location. Grahshilp.com will not accept cancellation of order by you at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.),
On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the time-frame stated on each item's product page. Delays due to inclement weather or Transport line issues are sometimes out of control and we will do our best to keep you informed though you will understand that Grahshilp.com cannot be held liable for such unexpected/unforeseen delays. If you do not receive tracking information please check your bulk or spam email folder before contacting us.

Shipping cost/Delivery charges are extra because of we charge fair delivery charges as per the location of the buyer/purchaser of product. It will be shown after submitting the area pin code at the time of checkout process.
We want you to be happy! If for any other reason you are unhappy with any item, please return the item(s) along with a completed returns form within 7 days of receiving the goods. Providing the item(s) are still in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund after deduction of delivery charges. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our warehouse.
You shall not return furniture already delivered to you, beyond a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery of the furniture

We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. We recommend that you insure returned items for the full value of the item shipped. Please make sure to keep your receipt and return the Product in its original packaging. Grahshilp.com will not assume the transportation charges for any Products returned by any transportation agency or company for products purchased through Grahshilp.com
At the time of delivery, you should carry out a visual inspection of the furniture/packaging before signing to declare that you have received your goods in good condition. To protect your interest, any claim made by you concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective furniture found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, but not later than 2 days from the date of delivery, must be notified to us by e mail at info@Grahshilp.com or by phone on +91 9783689985
Open delivery is not provided so kindly check the packaging thoroughly and if you found the packaging in torn condition than please make a remark on the receipt before accepting the damaged packing such as “Goods received with damaged packing”.
After opening the package, if article found in damaged condition than buyer needs to inform us via mail with the pictures of damaged product within 2 days of receiving of the goods.
Please keep the packing material intact as you have to take care for the repacking of goods in case of replacement or refund. After we receive the pictures of damaged product one of below mention action will be used:-
